Position: Food Runner / Busser / Host

Position Available: 5 Positions (No Preference)

Hourly wage: $6.00 + Tips /Hr

Overtime Detail: Overtime MIGHT BE available but not guaranteed

Job Prerequisites:

Host

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist guests.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with good customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage waitlists or seating charts.
• Basic problem-solving skills for handling guest concerns.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Busser

• Physical stamina to clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak dining hours.
• Team-oriented attitude to support servers and other staff.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as carrying trays and moving quickly.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Food Runner

• Ability to carry multiple plates and deliver food safely and promptly.
• Strong teamwork skills to coordinate with kitchen and serving staff.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct orders are delivered to guests.
• Physical stamina for walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests when needed.
• Knowledge of menu items to answer basic guest questions.

Job Descriptions:

Host

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Provide menus and guide guests to their tables.
• Answer questions about the restaurant and assist with guest needs.
• Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand and entrance area.

Busser

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers by refilling water, bringing bread or condiments, and delivering additional items.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and service stations.
• Dispose of trash and dirty dishes in designated areas.
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times.

Food Runner

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure orders are correct, complete, and presented properly.
• Assist servers by checking on guest needs after food delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer basic guest questions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate service.
• Keep workstations, trays, and service areas clean and organized.
