Position: Housekeeping/Shower Crew/Food Service Prep Cook
Position Available: –
Hourly wage: $13.00 per hour
Estimated hours per week: 32. Throughout the whole program. Work hours depend on weather, worksite occupancy conditions, and employee attendance. Must work till the last day on DS-2019 form.
Job Prerequisites:
Students must be prepared for high and low hotel occupancy and work as many hours as possible during high peak business and expect low hours during the slow weeks of hotel operation!
- Having a driver license is a plus. No smoking facility!
- No big groups of friends and couples will not be guaranteed to live together
Housekeeping
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds regularly
- Able to push and/or pull approximately 200 pounds
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle or feel
- Long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and walking
- Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates
- Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain
Food Services
- Good customer service and communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Able to work with others and work independently.
- Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members.
- Communicate professionally and patiently.
- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description :
Students to be flexible on working variety of positions
- Housekeeper: Clean guest cabins, bath houses and buildings. General cleaning, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, making beds, cleaning common areas, working in the laundry, vacuuming, etc….
- Shower Crew: Deep cleaning of shower house, bathrooms, scrubbing cleaning windows, floors, laundry, etc….
- Maintenance: Clean RV sites, weed flower beds, clean bbq, mow and trim grass, light landscaping and groundskeeping, etc.
- Possible rotation to F&B/Kitchen department: Prep cook, serve food, dishwashing, clean kitchen, etc.
- Able to perform cleaning, physical tasks, walking, bending, carrying, and using chemicals in a safe manner
- Students should be prepared to live and work in a remote location and hard work at the Kampground
