Job Prerequisites:

Job Descriptions:

  • Customer Service: Manages the end-to-end ordering process, including taking customer orders, processing payment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Food Preparation: Prepares requested food items accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Works collaboratively with other crew members to handle each customer transaction and divide tasks for faster turnaround times.
  • Task Rotation: Regularly rotates through several workstations, including the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen, to gain experience across the restaurant.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensures the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and adheres strictly to all safety requirements and official procedures.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain on their feet for long periods.
