Hourly wage: $15.00+tips – $16.00 per hour
Barista $10.00 +tips per hour
Waiter/ Waitress $2.13 +tips per hour
Host/Hostess $16.00 per hour
Kitchen Worker $16.00 per hour

Job Description :
Barista: Make craft espresso beverages while utilizing specialized coffee brewing equipment. Baristas provide excellent customer service and interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience, ring in menu items as a cashier and package take out food. This primary role will take place in our to-go market and sometimes may be scheduled as a second barista in our cafe. This position will be cross trained as host/hostess as a secondary position as baristas and hostesses support each other as needed. This job position will be scheduled for both positions. Shifts include opening 6:30 am- 1:30pm & closing 8am-3pm
Waiter/ Waitress: Perform duties at a full service breakfast and lunch cafe. Arrive and begin work by Yes hour 6:45 am. Shift ends anywhere between noon and 4:30. Duties consist of but not limited to describing food and beverage items, correctly taking orders with allergy concerns, creating a friendly, welcoming and environmentally conscious work place. This job role will also have a host/hostess shift scheduled when it is necessary to fulfill the average hours worked in a week.
Host/Hostess:
- We seek a Host or Hostess to join our restaurant team as guests’ first point of contact.
- The job responsibilities include greeting guests, providing clear and accurate wait times, and guiding customers to their tables.
- A passion for customer service and strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- You are the first impression of our restaurant that will help provide a pleasant and smooth dining experience for our guests.
- Duties include: Greet all guests and treat them with excellent hospitality Willingness to learn computerized reservation and table management system Initiate and maintain wait lists Coordinate with waitstaff about available seating Guide customers to tables and provide menus Cater to guests who require special attention (e.g., the elderly or children) Answer incoming calls and address customer questions Assist customers looking to place or pick up to go orders.
Kitchen Worker: Duties range from working on the line, preparing menu items such as salads, hour sandwiches, and breakfast food. There is a grill and pantry station and it will be determined by the skills acquired which position is best. There will be shifts scheduled for prep work that may include chopping, peeling, following recipes, and baking pastries.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) only
