Position: Team Member Teaticket, Cape Cod **Second Time Participants Only**
Position Available: 1 Position
Hourly wage: 17.00 per hour
Overtime: Slight
Estimated hours per day: 32 hours weekly minimum
Number of days per week: 4-6 Days
Job Prerequisites:
Advanced English required. The is only accepting applicants who have already participated in the program and have their social security numbers. Participants must arrange their own housing.
Job Description :
Team members may work in a variety of departments including a stocking associate, general merchandise associate, food and consumable associate and entertainment team associate. Students may be assigned to a specific department based on skills and prior work experience.
Stocking associate: Primary job duties may include loading and unloading shipments, organizing backroom spaces, constructing displays, and stocking shelves. General Merchandise Associate: Merchandise associates maintain and organize the store front by stocking shelves, arranging merchandise in an appealing manner and building product displays to create a smooth shopping experience. Merchandise associates also interact with customers and may be called upon to assist with any tasks on the sales floor. Food and Consumable Associate: Follows company policies and procedures for preparing, handling, packaging, labeling, and storing food; operating and sanitizing food-related equipment; stocking and displaying/merchandising food products; and maintaining and cleaning the department.
Entertainment Team Associate: Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales-floor and offer them assistance. They are tech savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs.
It is important to remain flexible with being assigned to different areas of the store based on business needs.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B)
Start Date: May 7th – June 30th, 2025
End Date: August 30th – September 7th, 2025
Meals details: An employee discount available after student works 90 days.
