Overtime Detail: Overtime MIGHT BE available but not guaranteed

Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average per week (Mostly more than 32 hrs.)

Job Prerequisites:

Housekeeping

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and safe use of chemical cleaning agents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, coworkers, and occasionally guests.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Landscaping

  • Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with team members.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical strength and stamina for tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility for maintaining clean, attractive outdoor areas.
  • Willingness to learn about landscaping equipment and safety procedures.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and reliability.
  • Previous gardening or outdoor maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

Job Description:

Housekeeping

  • Clean guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and public areas according to
  • Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities while ensuring all rooms are neat and welcoming.
  • Empty trash bins, handle waste disposal properly, and maintain
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and use chemical agents according to safety guidelines.
  • Replenish housekeeping carts with linens, supplies, and cleaning products for daily use.
  • Maintain linen rooms and work areas in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Report any guest complaints, maintenance issues, or damages to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, and performing other assigned duties.

Landscaping

  • Maintain and care for hotel grounds, including lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
  • Mow, trim, water, and fertilize grass and plants to keep the property looking clean and attractive.
  • Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from walkways and outdoor areas.
  • Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal decorations.
  • Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely.
  • Support maintenance staff with outdoor repairs or event setups when needed.
  • Ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for hotel guests through proper upkeep of outdoor areas.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+, ONLY)
