Hourly wage: $10.30+tips – $16.00 per hour

BOH Restaurant: Bus tables, dishwashing, preparing food, and other related duties.
FOH Restaurant: Greet and assist customers, prepare menus, take orders, deliver food/drinks and other related duties.
Groundsman: Maintain grounds and outdoor areas to ensure the premise is clean and operating efficiently, as well as other related duties.
Housekeeper/Houseman: General housekeeping operations including cleaning rooms and laundry services, as well as other related duties.
Pool Attendant: Keep pool areas clean, restock towels, attend to customer needs, and other related duties.
Job Description :
BOH Restaurant: The worker will be responsible for ensuring each kitchen station is prepared according to corresponding pars and that every item is prepared to specification; maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen throughout the shift; washing dishes to ensure that the restaurant has the needed supplies for service; Responsibilities include: proper set-up of the kitchen and dining room; following prep lists; preparation of menu items to specifications and batch recipes; proper labeling, dating and rotation of product. Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 40lbs.
FOH Restaurant: Front of House positions include Busser, Runner, Host, and Barback. Positions will be assigned to students upon arrival. Must be able to greet customers with a smile, take orders, operate a simple POS system, and work with a solid sense of urgency; excellent communication skills and willingness to help out wherever you are needed.
Groundsman: Ground Attendants are responsible for a wide range of duties including general maintenance, painting, grounds keeping, minor repairs, outdoor cleaning, laundry, moving furniture, cleaning camping cabins and restrooms, raking campsites. Additional duties could include kitchen/snack bar assistance and housekeeping. Your employer may ask you to perform other duties related to your job type.
Housekeeper/Houseman: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.
- Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers, changing linens, laundry, dust, vacuum, and empty trash, etc. Very physically demanding.
- Be prepared to stand, bend, kneel and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day.
- Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit.
- Please do not apply if you are sensitive to any kind of chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job.
- Restock housekeeping carts. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pool Attendant: Observes and patrols the pool and enforces safety regulations.
- Assists swimmers from water when in danger.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the hotels standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
- Knowledgeable pool facility such as length and depth of all pools, how many laps it takes to complete a mile in meters and feet etc.
- Ensure swimming pools are clean at any time and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B)
