Hourly wage: $13.50 / Hour

Job Prerequisites:

  • All positions have to be good at English
  • For Golf Ops/Range, valid Driver’s license is needed

Job Description :

F&B Operations

  • Knows all specials on a shift by shift basis as well as all liquor, beer, and wine products and all menu items and desserts.
  • Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
  • Write order on check and relay customer’s order to kitchen to be filled.
  • Place food servings on plates and trays according to orders or instructions.
  • Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving and is the last quality check on food.
  • Monitor food distribution, ensuring that orders are delivered to the correct recipients.
  • Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by establishment’s size and practices.
  • Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and determines when meal has been completed.
  • Totals bill and accepts payment. – Pre-bus (clean) other tables as well as your own, including dirty plates, glassware, condiments, trash, ashtrays, and flatware.
  • Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, and straws.
  • Clean and sterilize dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assists the hosts at the door and with seating when you are not busy.
  • Check the IDs of customers to verify that they are of legal drinking age.
  • Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
  • Follows the safety rules provided in the Safety Program found in the employee Orientation
  • Manual and reports any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Cardroom Attendant

Chip Collects house fees from players and sells gambling chips, food, beverages, and tobacco in cardroom: Collects specified house fees periodically from card players. Prepares collection report for submission to supervisor. Sells gambling chips, food, beverages and tobacco to accommodate players upon request. May also distribute new card decks to players as required. May also explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons requesting information.

Golf Ops/Range

  • Spread hospitality and goodwill amongst all members and guests.
  • Be a positive role model and team leader for all employees.
  • Create a favourable and lasting golf experience to all members and their guests.
  • Assist members and their guests with golf equipment and other needs.
  • Ensure all clubs are clean and properly bagged before storing.
  • Ensure carts are fully charged, clean, and prepared with all amenities.
  • Ensure range is fully stocked and organized.
  • Stay knowledgeable about club membership and golfing programs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of scorecards, pencils, tees, and ball marks.
  • Coordinate daily handling of sand and seed mix bottles.
  • Ensure garbage and towels are properly disposed at the end of each day.

Fitness Desk Assoiate

Responsible for working the fitness desk area, cleaning fitness equipment, greeting customers, answering the phone and registering people for training and fitness classes. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, keeping the Fitness Center clean and in line with Lodge Standards and assisting guests on the equipment in the Fitness Center. Pool Attendant

  • Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of guests.
  • Ensure pool cleanliness by removing debris and cleaning poolside areas.
  • Set up lounge chairs, towels, and other poolside amenities for guests.
  • Enforce pool rules and ensure guest compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing guest needs.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
