Job Prerequisites:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests.
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude at all times.
- Ability to manage reservations, seating charts, and waitlists efficiently.
- Basic organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the dining area.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Descriptions:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming first impression.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments according to restaurant procedures.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, and services.
- Coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure smooth table turnover.
- Monitor guest flow to optimize seating and minimize wait times.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and refer issues to management when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B)
