Job Prerequisites:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests.
  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Ability to manage reservations, seating charts, and waitlists efficiently.
  • Basic organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the dining area.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments according to restaurant procedures.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, and services.
  • Coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure smooth table turnover.
  • Monitor guest flow to optimize seating and minimize wait times.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and refer issues to management when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B)

Start Date: 7th March – 10th April 2026
