Job Prerequisites:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), bend, and move quickly.
- Willingness to work with kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and follow safety protocols.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and high sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and cook food items according to Texas Roadhouse recipes and standards.
- Assist with food prep such as chopping, portioning, and storing ingredients safely.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment while following safety guidelines.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.
- Keep kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient service and quality food for guests.
- Perform additional kitchen tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors.
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+)
