Job Description :
Job Summary:
The Pool/Waterpark Attendant serve as the waterpark enforcement team, ensuring a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for all guests. Enforce waterpark rules, monitor guest activity, and uphold safety standards. First Aid and CPR certification required (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor guest entry and ensure valid waterpark passes are used
- Enforce capacity limits and all posted waterpark rules
- Interact positively with guests and respond to questions or concerns
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe behavior and respond to incidents
- Assist with waterpark opening and closing procedures
- Inspect and organize safety equipment; report any concerns to management
- Keep pool decks and surrounding areas clean, clear, and safe
- Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and supply levels; report issues as needed
- Report maintenance or safety hazards promptly
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- Primarily outdoors with exposure to water, sun, and varying weather conditions.
- Requires physical stamina for long periods of standing, walking, and working in hot or humid environments.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B Only)

Housing Information
Housing assisted by: Employer
Cost of housing: $75 per person per week
Transportation details: Onsite. Walk, Bike, golf cart

They will receive a discount at the restaurant and store. Free internet is also provided. Participants may receive free meals at picnics or resort events. However, day-to-day meals are not provided.
