Job Description:   

F&B (Food and Beverage):

• Prepare food items using hot equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen area.
• Follow proper food handling and cooking procedures.
• Greet guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in retail locations.
• Ring up sales accurately using the POS system.
• Take food and beverage orders and assist with preparation and service.
• Operate games safely and efficiently.
• Engage guests in a friendly and outgoing manner to encourage participation.
• Explain game rules clearly to players.
• Maintain clean and organized game areas.

Operations Team Members:

• Ensure smooth and efficient guest entry into the park with enthusiasm and energy.
• Check guest bags to prevent dangerous, prohibited, or illegal items from entering the park.
• Provide friendly assistance and answer guest questions about entry procedures.
• Welcome guests to each attraction and ensure a memorable, enjoyable, and safe ride experience.
• Follow safety procedures and monitor rides to ensure proper operation.
• Assist guests with boarding, height requirements, and ride instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the park by sweeping paths, emptying trash, and refreshing restrooms.
• Provide directions and greet guests while moving through the park.
• Help keep guest areas clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ only)
