Wage comments: $17.50 per hour plus $1 per hour bonus at season end – Plus tips

Bonus comments: $1 per work hour bonus at the end of the season. The bonus is given to staff who work their dates and work well with no written complaints from management/owners. If a participant leaves even one day early, they will lose their entire bonus.

Job Prerequisites: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Must be ok to stand for the duration of your shift and work with cleaning products. You may spend a portion of your shift working outside in full sun when assisting with groundskeeping duties. For this position, the host would prefer 1 participant who can work from May 12th until September 2nd.
Job Description : The responsibilities include but are not limited to; groundskeeping, general maintenance and upkeep of property. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Participants assigned to a given position may not be required to perform all the responsibilities listed above on one given day, but must be flexible and willing to do any and all items listed below. The responsibilities include but are not limited to; mow, trim, water the lawn, sweep the lot daily, empty ashtrays, light painting & maintenance, assist housekeeping & laundry as needed, work around the entire property.
