Job prerequisites :
Must have advanced English and be able to stand for the duration of your shift. Previous bartending experience required. Must be 21 years or older to apply. Must not have any sensitivities to cleaning chemicals
Job Description :
This is an advanced level position. Previous Bartending experience required. Greet guests, have ample knowledge of menu items, take orders quickly and accurately, at times multiple drink orders at a time. Serve food and beverages timely, accurately. Replenish beverages timely. Keep bar stocked and clean. Maintain bar areas, floors, and surrounding work areas by keeping the area swept, mopped, and free from spills, trash, debris. Removes waste, garbage, and recyclable materials from bar area and work stations. Removes dishes, glasses, cutlery from guests. Scrapes and stacks plateware in dishwashing area. Replenishes ice, beer and stock. Taps beer kegs. Greets guests with a smile, in a friendly manner. Must be physically strong. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
