Job Prerequisites:
This is an All-purpose position and participants will be required to work in all store departments if needed. Participants should be neat, clean and presentable for the work environment. Hair must be clean and styled. Personal cleanliness is very important. Maintain good hygiene, preventing unpleasant breath and body odor. Clothing should be clean, pressed and properly fitted. Tattoos must be covered and no excessive piercings or hair color. Participants are Ambassadors of their home country and should make every effort to represent their country well. Second jobs are permitted, please speak with Tina Riddle before accepting employment anywhere else.

Job Description :
This role rotates across 8 workstations; Grocery, Produce, Deli, Starbucks, Bakery, Seafood, Fresh Cut, and Cashier.
Duties:
- Maintain the quality condition of all products
- Receive, clean, store, maintain processes, cut, trim, arrange, bake, brew, wrap, package, stock, rotate, or face product.
- Work reworked or reduced to sale items according to Company procedures.
- Maintain and clean display cases, cooking and brewing equipment, work areas, coolers, and freezers.
- Pull and discard outdated and spoiled products according to procedures.
- Maintain stockroom.
- Clean and dust shelves.
- Control shrink.
- Prevent the sale of out-of-code products.
- Operate any related equipment such as ovens, meat saws and wrapping machines, cutters, slicers, knives, coffee brewers, mixers, ovens, microwave ovens, safety cutters, deep fryers, rotisserie cookers, steamers, boilers, trash compactor, etc.
- Operate checkstand equipment such as cash register, printer, scanner, and scale to process customer orders.
- Engage in suggestive selling and other sales techniques and bag customer orders.
- Keep the checkstand clean, neat, and properly stocked.
- Assist customers with special orders.
- Build product displays and operate related equipment such as hand trucks, six-wheel carts, high boys, and pallet jacks.
- Responsible for staying current on product location, new products, sales, and promotions, monitoring UPC codes, and ensuring a safe and secure work area.
- Assists customers, and performs checking duties with an emphasis on providing friendly, courteous, customer service.
- Use the store intercom to make announcements.
- Responsible for performing all job duties and responsibilities safely to the highest standard.
- Positively represent the store.
- Other necessary and required duties as assigned.
- Cleaning chemicals will be used in this role.
