- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store throughout the shift
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn product details, especially jewelry and apparel, and confidently share product stories with customers
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, which are peak business periods
Job Descriptions:
This position involves learning about our jewelry collections, apparel, and store operations to provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional shopping environment for guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Share product information and help customers select jewelry, apparel, and souvenirs
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through daily store cleaning and restocking
- Support team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Missed shifts due to illness or other reasons may limit additional shifts that week. Shifts cannot be missed due to other jobs or online classes. The employer is not obligated to provide additional shifts to meet hour expectations.
Independence in Scheduling
Shifts and days off may differ from friends. Work schedules are based on business needs and are not guaranteed.
Adaptability
Be prepared for both busy and slower days. Hours may fluctuate based on business levels, and employees may be sent home early if full staffing is not required. No job or number of hours can be 100% guaranteed.
