Job Description:

Back of House

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support other kitchen staff during busy shifts.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain efficient service.

Front of House

• Greet and seat guests, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front-of-house stations.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Assist with restocking supplies, menus, and condiments as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support daily operations.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B only)
