Job Description:
- Welcome customers and interact with them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help and respond to customer inquiries about products and purchases.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Help customers locate merchandise in the store.
- Introduce promotions, discounts, and new products to customers.
- Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronic equipment during transactions.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B ONLY)

We are a retail business with 4 locations at 9,600 feet above sea level. In our shops we sell all kinds of souvenirs: keychains, magnets, mugs, clothing and much more. What differs us from other shops is that we print some of our clothing on site. We have ready decals, a customer is able to choose a kind of clothing, a color and a size and we will make it in a few minutes with our press. Working in the stores is a lot of fun as the students can create their own combinations of clothing and designs. It is a lot of interaction with customers in the shops so they will definitely improve their language skills.
Cultural Exchange Activities
Breckenridge is a tourist town with a lot of traffic, people are coming here from all over the world so all the J1 students will have a chance to meet other cultures. There is one big market “City Market” in Breckenridge where the students can do the groceries. The market is within walking distance but the free bus going there is available. Walmart is located in Frisco, a neighbor town which is easily accessible with a free bus.
