Position Available: 5 positions (No Preferences)
Hourly wage: $13.50 per hour
Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average hours per week
Job Prerequisites:
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills to handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
- Ability to follow instructions, restaurant procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethics.
- Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required.
Job Description:
- Opening and closing daily.
- Connect with customers to ensure they have positive experiences.
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World – Famous food.
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
- Keep the restaurant look fantastic – general cleaning.
