Job Prerequisites:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills to handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
  • Ability to follow instructions, restaurant procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required.

 
Job Description:

  • Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald’s standards and recipes.
  • Operate POS systems to handle cash, credit, or digital payments efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
  • Assist team members with various tasks, including stocking supplies and refilling condiments.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours and help maintain fast, efficient service.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B, C+ only)
