Hourly wage: $13.73 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 hour per week

Job Descriptions:
- Assist with food prep, run food to tables, wash dishes, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized during service. Reliable and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- As a Prep Cook/Runner/Dishwasher, participants will be assisting cooks in preparing food and dishes that need to be served. Participants will also be washing dishes, either using the dishwasher to clean plates and glassware or cleaning pots and pans by hand. Additionally, participants will be responsible for maintaining a clean workstation, assisting kitchen staff when required, and assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness. Participants will also be running food to tables in this position.
- Short for food preparation, food prep cooks/workers assist chefs and other kitchen staff by preparing the ingredients used to create all dishes – entrees, sauces, and side dishes. A prep cook chops vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients, trims and slices meats, and stirs sauces and soups. They also portion and wrap food, assemble plates (such as salads), and clean utensils and kitchen surfaces. Additionally, they store food in designated containers and storage areas. Participants will be standing for long periods of time in this job position.
- This job requires standing for most of the shift, so employees should be in good physical condition to stand for long periods of time.
- Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.
- Participants will be handling pork products.
