Position Available: 3 Positions
Hourly wage: $4.50 (+ tips) – $15.00 per hour
- Busser: $4.50 per hour + Tips
- Host: $15.00 per hour
- Retail Associate: $15.00 per hour
Overtime details: Overtime is possible but it is not guaranteed. Anything worked over 40 hours per week is considered overtime and will be paid 1.5 times
Estimated hours per day: 32 Hours Per Week Minimum

Job Description:
Busser: The primary responsibility is to assist servers and maintain a pleasant dining experience for guests. The specific duties and responsibilities of a busser may vary depending on the establishment, but generally, they include the following: Setting up tables before and after each customer. This involves arranging cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other tableware.
Once customers finish their meals, bussers promptly clear the table of used dishes, glassware, and other items, ensuring it’s ready for the next guests. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Bussers clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area fixtures regularly. They may also be responsible for sweeping and mopping the dining floor to maintain cleanliness.
Restock essential supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, to ensure that servers have everything they need to provide efficient service.
Providing servers support as needed. This includes helping serve food and beverages, responding to guest requests, and addressing any concerns promptly. In some establishments, bussers may be required to assist in washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, particularly during busy periods.
Remove empty trays, glasses, and other used items from service areas and transport them to the kitchen or designated cleaning stations.
After customers leave, bussers reset the tables by rearranging tableware and ensuring the dining area is tidy and appealing for the next guests.

Host: As a host, your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for customers or guests. You are the initial point of contact, and your friendly and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for their visit. Your duties include managing reservations, seating guests, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the establishment. You will also learn to use the register and assist in cashing out guests, so being comfortable handling American currency is a must.
Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive, inquire about reservations, and guide them to their assigned tables. Ensure that guests are seated promptly and in accordance with any specific preferences.
Take and manage reservations, including noting special requests or requirements. Ensure that reservations are organized and that tables are prepared in advance.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving any issues or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage waitlists during busy periods, provide estimated wait times, and keep guests informed of their status.
Familiarize yourself with the menu to answer questions about food and drink options, make recommendations, and inform guests about any specials or promotions.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that the service flows smoothly. Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Keep the host/hostess stand and waiting areas clean and organized. Ensure that menus, promotional materials, and other relevant items are readily available.

Retail Associate:
Responsible for generating revenue by demonstrating product knowledge, suggestive selling and conducting sales transactions with guests in a variety of indoor and open-air locations by performing the following duties:
Greets guests with a smile in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Possesses full knowledge of all retail products and provides an interactive guest experience through the utilization of suggestive sales techniques and product demonstrations in a positive and outgoing manner. Exceeds guest expectations by engaging with each individually to provide a personalized shopping experience. Folds, wraps and bags merchandise.
Processes merchandise sales and returns by operating a point-of-sale system and handling large amounts of currency including cash, credit card transactions, travelers’ checks, vouchers and discounts with high efficiency and accuracy. Practices proper cash handling procedures by utilizing the point-of-sale system, properly organizes money, and counts change back to guests. Following appropriate checkout procedures including verifying starting cash bank and balancing out at the end of shift. Stocks, replenishes and retrieves merchandise and supplies. Ensures all merchandise is ticketed and correctly priced and takes accurate markdowns. Achieves or exceeds sales goals provided by General Merchandise
Manager/Merchandise Store Manager. Maintains sales floor appearance standards by cleaning floor surface and dusting counters and displays by using appropriate tools.
Completes all opening, running and closing duties as assigned. Assists in loss prevention by practicing proper security safeguards as outlined during training. Maintains high-level of knowledge regarding the company’s products and happenings, and communicates properly to guests; establishes rapport with all guests through name recognition. Notifies manager/supervisor of low inventory and recommends new inventory; communicates opportunities and concerns. Understands and utilizes all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program and reports any accidents to management. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency. Adheres to all company policies and procedures as established in the Staff Member Handbook.
