Job Description :
General cleaners: Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitizing surfaces; Selecting and utilizing appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from surfaces; Applying soil-repellent chemicals and deodorizers to surfaces to remove odors; Reordering cleaning supplies as needed; Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand wash; Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Guest Services Representative: Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations * Welcome guests, check them in, distribute wristbands and have them signing waivers * Take payment from customers * Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner * Explain amenities and attractions to guests
Ranger/Lifeguard: Lagoon Ranger: Opening and closing the pools and lagoons each day according to scheduled hours Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe Organizing and overseeing pool parties Providing swim lessons and coaching swim team when applicable Maintaining a clean pool environment Clean if its if necessary.
Barback: Welcoming customers at the bar area and bringing an excellent customer service * Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations * Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly * Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer * Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces * Taking cash or card payments from customers * Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends * Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
Cashier: The fast food cashier is responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties include greeting customers, handling cash and card transactions, operating the register, and giving accurate change. The cashier may also assist with answering questions about the menu, upselling items, and keeping the checkout area clean and organized. Excellent customer service, quick and accurate transaction processing, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key skills for this role.
Cook: The cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high-quality food is served to customers. Duties include following recipes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and adhering to food safety guidelines. The cook may also assist with food prep, inventory management, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
