Job Description :
At Krause’s Market, you must be willing to work in all departments. We do a lot of catering in the summer, from sandwich trays to lunch boxes for construction crews. We also do company picnics, weddings, and graduations. We make various meals and food trays. Each day can be different, so it is both fun and ever-changing, depending on customers’ needs. You will be preparing, arranging, and packaging food. This may include preparing food items
for cooking. Must clean, wash, and stock supplies and equipment, while maintaining a clean work area. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be restocking shelves, helping sweep, map the floors, and ensure the bathrooms are kept clean. Additional tasks as requested by management. This is a great family atmosphere for working. Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. Positions require attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Flexible to help in other positions as requested. Additional tasks as requested by management. You will be working all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. If you call out sick or miss shifts, your employer is not required to schedule any additional shifts that week for you. You can not miss shifts due to any other jobs or online classes while working at your primary job. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or fewer hours. Some days will be slower than others.
