Job Description :
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and banquets
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards throughout the hotel
- Assist in unloading and storing deliveries as needed
Culinary Extern – Pastry:
Responsible for cooking, preparing and garnishing all food and shall have exceptional service. Others as assigned.
Dishwasher:
Dishwashers are responsible for organizing and cleaning dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils using an industrial dishwasher or by hand when necessary. They ensure water in the dishwasher is changed hourly and maintain cleanliness by rolling/unrolling mats, cleaning floors, and emptying trash receptacles. Daily tasks include cleaning beverage machines, dish storage areas, and following sanitation policies. Dishwashers rotate dishes to minimize wear, clean spills or broken glass promptly, and assist kitchen staff, particularly during peak times. They also perform opening, closing, and side work, report sanitation issues, and complete other duties as assigned.
Steward: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in hotel kitchens and dining areas. Duties include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, cleaning workstations, assisting chefs, and ensuring a hygienic environment. Also responsible for managing waste disposal and supporting the kitchen team during meal preparation.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B)

Cost of housing: $310 – 350 per student per week
