Job prerequisites:

1. Upper Intermediate English.
2. Must love the high intensity and fast pace of a restaurant kitchen.
3. International adult participants must be willing to work with meat (pork), cook, clean and remove rubbish.)
4. International adult participants must be comfortable in an urban/city environment.
5. International adult participants will be required to work on peak business days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
6. International adult participants must be comfortable in Co-Ed Housing.
7. Housing is must arrange own.

Job Description:

Prepares food according to recipes. Coordinates food orders to ensure timely delivery.

Prepares food by measuring, cutting, peeling. Ensures all products are stored, labeled, rotated. Ensures cleanliness of all freezers, prep areas. Assists in kitchen cleanliness, including all station equipment, utensils (flat tops, grills, storage drawers) Cleans all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. Removes waste, garbage, and recyclable materials from the kitchen.

Participants must work with pork. Work near hot grills and ovens. Stand for long periods of time.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+ only)
