Position: Pantry Cook

Position Available: 2 Positions

Hourly wage: $15.00 per hour

Average of Hours: 40 + average hour per week

Overtime: Yes! (to be decided depending on the situations)

Job Prerequisites:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be willing to learn through on-the-job training as this is an entry-level position.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods during your shift.
  • Must be strong enough to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must provide and wear black pants and black non-slip shoes for work.
  • No Big Group of Friend
  • Must Stay until the avialable legnth of End Date

Job Descriptions:

  • Food Preparation: You will assist with setting up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Cold Food Assembly: You are responsible for preparing and assembling items like salads, appetizers, and cold dishes.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: You must clean and sanitize your workspace and equipment throughout your entire shift.
  • Support Tasks: You will help bus tables and provide general support to the kitchen and restaurant staff as needed.
  • Guest Interaction: You may be asked to greet guests as they arrive at the establishment.

 

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B Only)

Start Date: 7 May – 1 June 2026

End Date: 25 August – 7 September 2026  (Students who decide to leave the host early will be fined about $500 with no excuses)

Housing Information

Housing assisted by: Employer

Type of housing: Onsite Dormitory

Cost Amount: $135 per student per week (Including meal plans)

Transportations: Bike, Walk (1 – 3minutes walk from housing)
