Hourly wage: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
Cashier/Host $16.00 per hour
Steward $14.00 per hour

Estimated hours per day: 6-8 hour per day
Job prerequisites:
Steward:
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Must have great work-related attendance history and adhere to company’s attendance policy.
- Must be able to get along/communicate well with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must pass background check.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Mobility and dexterity to move and carry large heavy objects weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, pull and carry, reach above and below the shoulder while cleaning and stocking restaurants, stockrooms, etc.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Able to tolerate areas with high temperatures in excess of 115 degrees near dish machine.
- Able to use the following chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas: bleach, pinesol, oven cleaner, etc.
- Specific vision abilities required, such as distance vision, color, depth perception, etc.
- Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
- Must have the dexterity to grip necessary items (dishes, mops, glasses, etc.).
Cleaning Person: To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Must be able to work as a team with other employees
- Ability to use and control various mechanical equipment
- Ability to work around dust
- Ability to transport all supplies to and from work areas
- Must be able to work in areas containing second-hand smoke
- Must be able to operate equipment, including: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop and broom
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion)
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Must be able to walk, stand, and work on hand and knees for long periods of time
Guest Room Attendant :To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion)
- Effective communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Must be well organized
- Possess mobility and dexterity to make beds, dust all room surfaces; clean all bathrooms,mirrors, and bathtubs
- Must be able to walk, stand, and work on hand and knees for long periods of time
Job Description :
Steward: Your daily responsibilities include:
- Clean and sanitize all dish ware, glassware and silverware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Maintain a pace of work which allows supplies to be cleaned and put in their proper place which meets business demands.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment while preparing tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware.
- Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level and thoroughly cleans dish washing equipment and working areas.
- Responsible for handling the removal of garbage and refuse; mopping and sweeping floors; washing walls and ceiling tiles.
- Washes, stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
Cleaning Person: Your daily responsibilities include:
- Cleans slot machines, in between machines, ash trays, slot bases, trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows, restaurants, counter tops, furniture, and any other decorative objects in the casino or common areas
- Vacuums carpet, sweeps and mops tile floors, cleans any spills that occur
- Cleans any bio hazardous materials when it occurs
- Removes trash from the trash container and places into the dumpsters
- Familiar with the proper use of chemicals and equipment
- Must be able to stand and work in a noisy, smoke filled environment without restrictions for up to eight hours per day
- Responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to all guests
Guest Room Attendant :To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion)
- Effective communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Must be well organized

Cashier/Host: To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
- Previous customer service experience in a high volume operation preferred
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Excellent customer service/communication skills
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
• Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
• Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., flatware, plates, cups, glasses), bend, stoop and twist while carrying restaurant stock to and from supply areas; able to reach across tables; able to stand and walk for up to four hours; able to use hand motions when cleaning and wiping menus and table tops
• Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing
• Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
• Able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded/noisy environment
• Must be able to maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance and uphold the company appearance standards
• Must maintain good posture and poise throughout shift
English Required skills: Upper intermediate (A, B+, B, C+) Only
