Position Available: 2 Positions
Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 – 40 hours per week
Job Descriptions:
- Act as a friendly, visible presence around the resort to provide peace of mind to guests and staff.
- Assist guests with directions, resort information, and minor concerns, always with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Monitor public areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Will ensure all patrons on property are registered hotel guest.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and visual inspections for unsafe conditions and cleanliness to prevent accidents and reports any hazards to the supervisor.
- Communicate professionally via 2-way radio with other team members and departments.
- Uphold all resort safety, security, and guest service standards.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B only)
