Position: Ice Cream Attendant
Position Available: 1 Position
Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 – 40 hours per week (Average)
Job Prerequisites:
- This is an outdoor position with regular exposure to direct sunlight.
- Must be able to work comfortably in hot weather and tolerate sun for extended periods.
- Ability to remain active and maintain performance during long hours outdoors
Job Descriptions:
- Greet and seat hotel restaurant guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Receive and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system at the poolside ice cream station.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges accurately.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with both international and American team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete Safe Staff Food Safety Training provided by the employer.
English Required skills: : Upper intermediate (A, B+, B)
