Job Descriptions:
Housekeeping Attendants are paid per unit cleaned, with pay varying based on unit size and the number of rooms cleaned each workday. This structure allows participants to maximize their hourly earnings, while guaranteeing a minimum wage of $13.75 per hour worked.
Responsibilities include cleaning resort units such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, balconies, and decks. Attendants are responsible for stripping soiled linens, removing trash, reporting units as vacant and ready for inspection, and reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing inventory. Additional duties include weekly guest service cleans stocking and maintaining storage closets, laundry duties, and assisting resort guests and owners promptly when needed. The role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods and to complete other assigned duties as necessary.
