Job Description :
Banquet Houseman: Set uSet up, maintain, and break down banquet spaces at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, ensuring events are executed seamlessly and meet high-quality standards, and other related duties.
Housekeeper: General housekeeping operations including maintaining and cleaning rooms/public areas. Includes laundry services, as well as other related duties.
Laundry: Responsible for operating laundry equipment to clean, sort, fold, and maintain linens according to health and safety standards, and other related duties.
Recreational Service Agent: Oversee guest registration and facility use, handle cash transactions, maintain Spa facilities, assist with reservations and memberships, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and smooth operations, and other related duties.
Retail Sales: Greet and assist customers, cashier responsibilities, cleaning, inventory, and restocking, as well as other related duties.
Steward: Providing clean and sanitary service ware to our customers while maintaining the cleanliness by law and the standards or GTRS. Responsible for overall sanitation of dish rooms and working in cooperation with kitchen / banquet staff, and other related duties.
