Hourly wage: 17.00 per hour
Tips: possible, paid in cash weekly
Estimated hours per day: 6-8 hours per day
Estimated hours per week: 4-6 days per week
Meals details: 1 free ice cream product per shift; plus unlimited beverages while at work.

Job Duties
All team members may be cross-trained and expected to perform a variety of duties,
including:
Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service
Scoop ice cream and prepare sundaes, shakes, and coffee drinks
Operate a cash register and accurately handle U.S. currency
Pre-pack chocolates and stock merchandise
Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Take out trash multiple times daily and sort recyclables
Mop floors and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Unload delivery trucks (up to three times per week)
Lift and move boxes weighing 10–30 lbs (4–13 kg)
Role-Specific Duties
Chocolatier/Stocker
Pre-pack chocolates
Stock merchandise
Perform cleaning duties
Lift/unload cases (10–35 lbs; occasionally heavier loads as assigned)
Retail Sales/Greeter
Welcome guests and provide product information
Promote chocolate merchandise
Deliver outstanding customer service
Fountain/Busser
Prepare ice cream sundaes and beverages
Bus and clean tables
Assist with trash removal and sanitation
Cashier
Process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service
Handle U.S. currency confidently
Job Requirements
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
Reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail and punctuality
Comfortable standing up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to lift 10–30 lbs regularly
Basic math skills and ability to handle U.S. currency
Must pass a drug test

Ability to work independently of friends’ schedules
Work Environment & Expectations
Expect to work evenings, weekends (Friday–Sunday), and all holidays
Approximately 80% of shifts are closing shifts
Schedule: 4–5 days per week, 6–8 hours per shift
30-minute unpaid meal break required
Hours vary based on business demand
Employees may be sent home early during slow periods
Missed shifts due to illness or other reasons may impact weekly hours
Shifts cannot be missed due to second jobs or online classes
No job or weekly hours are 100% guaranteed
Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. Participants must be prepared for both very
busy and slower days.
