Job Prerequisites:

  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.
  • Ability to scoop and serve ice cream, prepare desserts, and handle food safely.
  • Basic math skills for operating a cash register and handling payments.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
  • Teamwork skills to cooperate with other staff and maintain smooth operations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting or cleaning.
  • Willingness to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Job Description:

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent service.
  • Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and issue receipts or change.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including counters, tables, equipment, and floors.
  • Restock ice cream, toppings, and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain food quality and cleanliness.
  • Assist teammates with various tasks and support daily shop operations.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B ONLY)
