Job Descriptions:
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and reliable servers to provide excellent dining experiences to our guests. Servers will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
– Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
– Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
– Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct
– Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs throughout their meal
– Handle payments (cash, credit, or POS transactions) accurately
– Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and server stations. Will have to perform sidework throughout your shift
– Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
