Job Prerequisites:

• Advance English communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Previous experience in guest service, food & beverage, or restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Understanding responsible alcohol service and local age regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with kitchen, bar, and floor staff efficiently.
• Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and allergen-handling protocols.
• Attention to detail in order of accuracy, table presentation, and side work completion.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, carry trays, and manage repeated movements during shifts.
• Flexibility to adapt to menu changes, special requests, and busy service periods.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good customer service mindset.

Job Description:

• Greet guests promptly, present menus, and describe features and specials with confidence.
• Take accurate orders, including modifiers and allergy notes; make thoughtful recommendations and upsell appropriately.
• Monitor pacing of courses, perform check-backs, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and coordinate with kitchen/expo staff; communicate menu changes.
• Verify plate presentation and completeness before delivery; collaborate with runners and bussers for timely service.
• Coordinate beverage timing with the bar to align with courses.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify age/ID, and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Prepare basic non-alcoholic beverages and assist with coffee/tea service as needed.
• Present checks, process payments (cash, credit, comps/discounts, gift cards), and close checks accurately.
• Balance cash bank, report tips correctly, and protect guest payment data following POS security procedures.
• Reset tables, restock stations (plates, glassware, silverware, condiments), and complete opening, shift, and closing side work checklists.
• Support teammates during peak periods and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Attend pre-shifts, stay updated on menu changes, and allergens.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols; maintain a clean and organized service area.

Cost details: cost is approximately $172.14 per week (based on 3 occupants per room) and paid weekly to the front desk using a credit card.
