Job Description:
- Assist and support servers to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
- Refill guests’ water and beverages as directed by servers.
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, lobby, equipment, and immediate work area.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
- Ensure the dining room, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
- Separate plates, cups, and silverware in the dishwasher area to prepare for cleaning.
- Complete opening side work, such as stocking side stations, prior to service.
- Polish glassware and silverware.
- Refill salt & pepper shakers and sugar caddies as assigned.
- Complete closing duties, including cleaning sections (tables, chairs, side stations) and turning off lights as directed.
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions immediately to a manager.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
