Position: Retail Store Associate
Position Available: 3-5 Positions
Hourly wage: $12 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 hours per week minimum
Overtime details: Overtime is possible but is not guaranteed. Anything worked over 40 hours per week is considered overtime and will be paid 1.5 times
Job prerequisites: Requirements: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in verbal and written English language. Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Telephone etiquette. Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent
of direct supervision.
Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, on your feet for the majority of your shift, and can be physically demanding.
**This is not the location you will be working at. Once you get closer to your program, your assigned location will be shared with you.
Job Description : Individual responsibilities as a Retail Store Associate may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in the display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas. Other duties include maintaining cleanliness of the store and restrooms, dusting, vacuuming, picking up trash, cashiering, and dressing room attendants.
