Job Descriptions:
- Preparing food: Following safe food preparation procedures, measuring ingredients, and making pizzas, sides, and desserts. • Taking orders: Greeting customers, taking orders over the phone or in person, and entering orders into the POS system.
- Customer service: Providing friendly and professional service, answering questions about the menu, and resolving complaints.
- Handling transactions: Handling cash and credit transactions and making correct change.
- Delivering orders: Running food out to customers’ cars or delivery drivers.
- Keeping things clean: Cleaning, stocking, and restocking workstations and display cars. Keeping the store neat and structured.
- Teamwork: Working well with other team members and helping to keep the store running smoothly.
