Job Description :
In this role, participants will work in a dynamic and fast-paced ice cream and fast-food restaurant, performing a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, preparing burgers, drinks, and ice cream treats, and handling customer payments. Those who excel may be assigned to the drive-thru to assist customers in their vehicles. Other duties involve daily setup, food prep, and maintaining cleanliness, including dishwashing, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and keeping the dining area and store tidy. Flexibility and teamwork are key, as tasks may vary based on business needs. Familiarity with American currency and credit card transactions is important. Above all, delivering excellent customer service is our top priority, ensuring every guest has a positive experience at Dairy Queen.
Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. Positions require attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit.Flexible to help in other positions as requested. Additional tasks as requested by management. You will be working all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. If you call out sick or miss shifts, your employer is not required to schedule any additional shifts that week for you. You can not miss shifts due to any other jobs or online classes while working at your primary job. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or fewer hours. Some days will be slower than others.
