Job Prerequisites:
- Ability to communicate in basic English for workplace safety and customer service
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures
- Willingness to learn new tasks and accept on-the-job training
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items (such as food trays or supplies)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural workplace
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- No prior work experience required; training will be provided
Job Description:
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru
- Prepare food and ice cream products according to Dairy Queen standards
- Operate basic kitchen and point-of-sale (POS) equipment
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Handle cash and electronic payments under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and restrooms
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, ingredients, and condiments
- Assist team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers
- Comply with company policies and workplace safety rules
- Perform opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as assigned
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
