Job Descriptions:
As a Housekeeper at Conestoga Ranch, you will help ensure our glamping tents and facilities are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for all guests. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and teamwork. You’ll play an essential role in creating a great guest experience by keeping guest rooms, bathhouses, and public
areas in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest tents and bathhouses, including mirrors, toilets, tubs/showers, floors, and bathroom walls.
- Change linens, dust, vacuum, clean windows and mirrors, and empty trash.
- Restock guest rooms with supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities.
- Inspect rooms and report any needed repairs or maintenance issues.
- Clean and maintain public areas and restrooms, and ensure trash is emptied regularly.
- Assist in laundry and other departments as assigned.
- Be flexible and willing to help in other positions as requested by management.
Physical Requirements
- Must be in good physical condition and able to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and push a 50 lb (23
- kg) cart throughout the day.
- Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment and handle cleaning
chemicals and equipment safely.
- Must not have allergies or sensitivities that prevent use of cleaning products.

- Maintain a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and punctuality.
- Be prepared to work weekends and holidays; shifts may include mornings or evenings.
- Flexibility is required as schedules and days off will vary.
