- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork attitude with flexibility to support coworkers.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not always required.
Job Descriptions:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist in side duties as assigned.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B)
