Job Descriptions:
Order Delivery: Food runners ensure that food is delivered promptly and accurately to the correct table, matching each order to the corresponding ticket. Communication: They communicate with kitchen staff about orders, special requests, and any potential issues with food preparation. Order Accuracy: They verify that the food is properly garnished and presented before delivery. Additional Duties: This job description is not intended to cover every task or responsibility. Employees may be assigned other reasonable duties by management related to customer service, cleanliness, safety, or overall restaurant operations.
