Job Prerequisites:
Previous kitchen experience preferred. This position will involve working with high temperatures and sharp knives. Must be able to to handle all types of food, including pork and seafood products. The host employer will Skype interview the students.
Job Description :
Line cooks are responsible for setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies. Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooking food items using cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintaining a clean, neat workstation and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+ Only)
Start Date: May 7th – June 30th, 2024
End Date: August 31st – September 7th, 2024
