Job Description : Greet customers with a smile. You will be trained to make all coffee shop drinks, learn about scheduling inventory, customer service, and resolving customer complaints. You will be training in square point of sales cash register. Also, you will learn about hand made ice cream and since cream drinks. You will be trained by a former Work & Travel Hotel/Restaurant Management Intern. Once trained you will be able to make all the coffee drinks, know the homemade ice cream we carry and assist our customers with their orders, and handle taking their payment. Must be willing to do any tasks as requested by management (take out trash, clean bathroom, etc). You will be standing your entire shift.
