Position Available: 1 position
Hourly wage: $20.00 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 Hours Effort, Attendance
Job prerequisites: 1. Strong English is a must. 2. International participants will be required to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. 3. Must arrange your own housing. 4. Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. 5. Participants need to be able to move fast and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Employees will be standing the entire shift. No physical limitation at this position. 6. A great attitude and excellent customer service are expected.
Job Descriptions: Assist customers with bike rental procedures. Educate customers on products, complete paperwork, take payment, and explain bike procedures. Give directions, answer questions, and close the sale. Excellent communication skills are required, must be comfortable speaking loudly to large groups of people. Upbeat, outgoing, friendly, and have a positive outlook to do this. Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and switch priorities. Able to work independently as well as in a group. Must have the ability to stand for an entire shift. This is a VERY fast-paced, physically hard job. Requires a lot of stamina to work a 10-hour shift and be on your feet the entire shift. You will be standing, walking, riding, and lifting bikes. On some days, we rent out upwards of 1500 bikes per day. You must be very customer service-focused and prepared for physical activity. Must be good at riding a bike.
