Job Descriptions:
As a Housekeeper with Big Sky Cleaning & Mgmt. Inc., you will help maintain clean,
comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for guests. This role involves daily cleaning
tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet established
cleanliness standards. This is an active, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy
working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to company standards
Change linens, make beds, restock towels, and replenish room amenities
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management promptly
Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens
Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean and organized
Provide friendly, professional interactions when encountering guests
Support additional cleaning needs during high-occupancy periods
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and evening shifts as scheduled.
Attendance Expectations: Missed shifts due to illness or other reasons may limit additional shifts that week. Shifts cannot be missed due to other jobs or online classes.
Independence in Scheduling: Shifts and days off may differ from friends; schedules are based on business needs and are not guaranteed.
Adaptability: Be prepared for varying workloads. Hours may fluctuate based on occupancy, and employees may be sent home early during slower periods. No job or set number of hours can be 100% guaranteed.
