Position: Crew Member (Cashier, BOH, FOH, Drive Thru)
Position Available: 2 Positions (No Preferences)
Hourly wage: $15.00 /Hr (Possibly Tipped)
Overtime Detail: Overtime MIGHT BE available but not guaranteed
Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average per week

Job Prerequisites:
Front of House: Cashiering & Taking orders
- Friendly and positive attitude when welcoming and helping guests
- Basic English skills for speaking with customers and taking orders
- Ability to work in a busy environment and stay organized
- Willingness to learn and provide good customer service
- Neat and professional appearance
- Basic math skills to handle cash and use a register

Back of House
- Willingness to work behind the scenes preparing food and keeping the kitchen clean
- Basic English skills to follow instructions and communicate with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hot or noisy kitchen environment
- Physically able to stand for long hours, lift items, and handle kitchen tasks
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation rules carefully
- Team player with a positive attitude, ready to help where needed
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Drive Thru
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly and politely with customers through headsets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic math skills to handle cash, credit, and POS system transactions quickly.
- Good multitasking ability to take orders, process payments, and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Strong teamwork skills to support both front and back of house operations.
- Attention to detail to ensure correct orders and minimize mistakes.
- Flexibility to work on various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks.

Job Descriptions:
Front of House; Cashiering & Taking orders
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle payments at the register, including cash and card transactions
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner
- Keep dining areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Answer customer questions and assist with their needs
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their experience and handle concerns politely
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation rules always

Back of House:
- Prepare, cook, and store food following food safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Operate dishwashing machines and wash kitchenware as needed
- Assist with plating and delivering food to the Front of House when required
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation rules at all times
- Work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks efficiently
- Support team members and help with additional kitchen duties as assigned
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisors
Drive Thru (Upper Intermediate Suggested)
- Greet customers promptly and take orders accurately using the drive-thru system.
- Operate POS system to process cash, credit, or mobile payments efficiently.
- Communicate orders clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation.
- Assemble and check food orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before handing to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area, including windows, counters, and equipment.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Assist with stocking supplies and refilling condiments or packaging as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
- Support team members with other restaurant duties when required.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+)
