Job Prerequisites:

- No prior kitchen or hospitality experience required (entry-level position)
- Must be able to work long, physically demanding shifts, including standing, bending, and lifting to 25 lbs.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely using gloves or protective equipment as needed
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Willingness to interact professionally with guests occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings (as early as 4:00–5:00 AM) and late evenings (up to 10:00 PM), depending on guest load -Seasonal availability required; position ends at the conclusion of the ranch season

Job Description:
Dishwasher
The Bar NI Ranch is seeking a full-time, seasonal Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. In addition to dishwashing, the Dishwasher will assist with general kitchen cleaning, occasional basic food preparation, and limited guest-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and brings a positive, professional attitude to both behind-the-scenes and guest interactions.
Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, equipment, and surfaces
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors daily
- Remove trash and clean garbage and recycling containers
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and use protective equipment as required
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed
- Stock kitchen supplies, food items, and utensils in designated areas
- Assist with server or dining room duties when required
- Occasionally interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and outgoing manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager

English Required skills: Advance – Upper Intermediated (A, B+, B, only)
